REFUND POLICY

1. Free Trial

Every new SuperBrain account starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup to prevent abuse, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the end of Day 3.

2. Refunds on Paid Subscriptions

If you are charged after the free trial and you are unsatisfied, contact us at a1affiliatemarketingllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We will refund the most recent monthly payment in full, no questions asked, provided usage during that billing period does not exceed 1,000 queries.

Yearly subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds are issued within the first 30 days. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of your billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription periods older than 30 days
• Image generation credits already consumed
• One-time add-on purchases
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you retain access through the end of your current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations on monthly plans.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email a1affiliatemarketingllc@gmail.com with:

• The email address on your SuperBrain account
• The date of the charge you'd like refunded
• A brief reason (optional, helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve disputes faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us results in immediate account termination and may be referred for collections.
